Desi pizza recipe
·1 cup chicken or mince meat ·1 tablespoon oil ·2 tomatoes chopped ·1/2 cup chopped green onions ·1 green chili chopped ·1/2 bunch fresh coriander chopped ·2 boiled eggs sliced or crumbled ·1 table spoon ginger chopped ·2 boiled eggs sliced or crumbled ·1/2 cup sliced olives ·1/2 teaspoon red chili powder ·salt to taste ·1/2 cup white button mushrooms sliced ·1 cup shredded chedder cheese ·readymade pizza base
Sauté meat in oil till tender. Add the rest of ingredients minus cheese. Stir-fry for a few minutes only. Top the pizza with this mixture. Top with cheese. Bake till cheese melts and base is done say 20 minutes. Serve hot with your favorite sauce or chutney.
